Did you know that edamame hummus exists? I had no idea. Sure, I love beans and we have soy milk in the fridge, but I didn’t put the two together. What was I thinking?!
I love garbanzo beans for hummus and have even had a pretty good white bean hummus. Now my vision is expanded to include edamame. It makes me think that I need to explore the bean world a little bit more.
I’m already picturing some future night with a party dedicated to all different types of hummus. Hmm…that actually sounds really fun. Assigning out a type of bean, everyone bringing their assignment, having some fun dipping chips, breads, and veggies, and experimenting the night away. Anyone want to come?
I’ve made two different recipes with edamame now, but I’ll give you the simple one first.
